10 Best Cities for Job Growth Through 2018

Is There a Move in Your Future?

The opportunity for growth is one of the most important factors for anyone looking for a new job or making a career move. There are pockets of the U.S. that are projected to experience outsized growth with Florida leading the way. The sunshine state is home to five of the 10 metro areas projected to add the most jobs through 2018, according to forecasts from Moody’s Analytics.

The boost in Florida tends to be centered around real estate and hospitality as more baby boomers migrate to warmer climates to retire. While demographic and migration patterns in Arizona are similar to Florida, the Grand Canyon State is also experiencing a slight tech boom as 20% more tech jobs were added over the past five years and projected to grow.
